Wellness Experience Policy

Welcome. We are honored to share this space with you. Our wellness and healing experiences are designed with care, intention, and respect for the individual and the collective. By registering for or attending any experience hosted by Honor Collective LLC, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to support safety, clarity, and a meaningful experience for all.

Postponements, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

While we always intend to offer experiences as scheduled, we reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel an experience due to low enrollment (less than 50 percent capacity), practitioner availability, venue or logistical needs, safety considerations, wellness-related factors, or weather conditions.

If an experience is postponed or canceled by Honor Collective, participants will be offered the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future experience. Our goal is to notify participants as soon as feasible using the contact information provided at registration. When possible, notice will be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Weather and Safety

Participant safety is paramount. We follow local county weather warnings and advisories and may postpone, reschedule, or cancel experiences due to unsafe weather conditions, including severe storms, flooding, or extreme temperatures. While early communication is always our goal, weather-related decisions may occasionally need to be made closer to the event start time.

Participant Cancellations

If you need to cancel your attendance, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible by emailing hello@honorcollective.com.

Early notice allows us to offer your spot to others, support our practitioners, and make thoughtful decisions regarding the experience. While refund eligibility follows the timelines outlined below, timely communication is deeply appreciated.

For experiences lasting up to 90 minutes, cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled start will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 and 71 hours prior will receive a 50 percent refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the experience or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

For experiences lasting longer than 90 minutes, including multi-hour workshops, cancellations made 7 or more days prior will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior will receive a 50 percent refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that our experiences are intentionally intimate and require a minimum level of participation to proceed. In the event that a participant cancellation causes total registration to fall below 50 percent capacity, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the experience in accordance with our low-enrollment policy. Should this occur, remaining participants will be notified promptly and offered the choice of a full refund or credit toward a future experience.

We appreciate your understanding that small-group wellness experiences rely on collective participation to remain energetically and logistically sustainable.

Where possible, we encourage exchanges or credits in place of refunds, supporting your ongoing wellness journey and allowing us to continue offering thoughtfully curated experiences.

Registration Transferability

Registrations are intended for the individual named at the time of booking. Transfers may be permitted with prior written notice and approval and require completion of all required waivers by the new participant.

Waiver and Media Consent

All participants are required to complete a practitioner-to-participant waiver prior to attending an experience. This waiver confirms that you understand the nature of the wellness practices offered, acknowledge any personal health considerations, and agree to participate at your own discretion and responsibility. Participation may be delayed or paused if a waiver has not been completed in advance.

By attending, participants also consent to being photographed or filmed during the experience for promotional and educational purposes, including use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you prefer not to be included in photography or video, please notify a team member prior to the start of the experience.

Personal information collected through registration and waivers is stored securely and used solely to support your participation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Nature of Wellness Practices

Our experiences are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Practitioners do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical or mental health concerns prior to participation.

Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

Participants are responsible for listening to their bodies, honoring personal boundaries, and engaging at a level that feels appropriate for them. You may pause or discontinue participation at any time.

By attending an experience, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your participation.

Release of Liability

By registering for or attending an experience, you release Honor Collective, its practitioners, staff, partners, contractors, and venue hosts from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Practitioner Availability and Substitutions

In the event that a practitioner becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a qualified substitute practitioner or adjust the experience while maintaining its original intention and integrity. Practitioners are supported and fairly compensated in the event of schedule changes.

Sensory and Environmental Considerations

Our experiences may include elements such as music, sound, lighting variations, aromatherapy, incense, essential oils, guided touch when applicable, or other sensory components. Participants with sensitivities are encouraged to notify us in advance so we may support their comfort where possible.

Cashless Payments and Retail

Honor Collective operates as a cashless environment. Accepted forms of payment include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital payment methods. All transactions are securely processed through Square.

Retail purchases made in-store or online may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of request. Exchanges are preferred over refunds and may be applied toward our curated Aligned Essentials, thoughtfully selected to ground, nourish, elevate, and indulge.

Doors Open and Prompt Start

To support a calm and intentional arrival, doors open at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for all experiences. Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in.

Experiences begin promptly at the stated start time. Late arrivals may not be able to participate, and refunds will not be issued for missed portions of an experience.

Community Guidelines and Right to Refuse Participation

We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue participation if an individual’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or misaligned with the intention of the experience. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Honor Collective is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought into the space.

Emergency Procedures and Force Majeure

Our team follows standard safety procedures and local regulations in the event of an emergency. Participants should disclose relevant health considerations during registration.

Honor Collective is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, participants will be offered a credit or refund at our discretion.

Accessibility

We strive to provide a welcoming and accessible environment. Please contact us in advance if you require accommodations or additional support.

Intellectual Property

All content shared during experiences, including teachings, practices, materials, music, and written or verbal guidance, is the intellectual property of the practitioner or Honor Collective. Recording, reproducing, or distributing content without prior written consent is not permitted.

Email Communications and Privacy

By registering for an experience, participants consent to receive emails related to event updates, safety information, and optional wellness offerings. Marketing communications may be unsubscribed from at any time, while operational emails related to your booking will continue as necessary. Personal information is stored securely and used only as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Policy Updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the experience takes place. Policies may be updated from time to time, and the most current version will always be available on our website and apply at the time of registration.

Final Acknowledgment

By registering for or attending an experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Wellness Experience Policy in its entirety.
