The cardamom is grown by a single farmer, Don Jesús, in Trinidad, Santa Bárbara, Honduras. We purchase the majority of his harvest, ensuring exceptional freshness while supporting fair, sustainable farming practices.
The rose petals are grown on a small, family-owned farm in Gujarat, along India’s western coast. Dedicated solely to cultivating roses, this farm was the first of its kind in the Rajkot region and has received national recognition for its craftsmanship and care.
