Cinnamon is sourced from a small collective in the Thạch An district of Cao Bằng, Vietnam, where cassia trees are intercropped with anise and acacia shrubs. This regenerative approach supports soil health, crop stability, and long-term sustainability.
Cardamom is grown by a single farmer, Don Jesús, in Trinidad, Santa Bárbara, Honduras. We purchase the majority of his harvest, ensuring exceptional freshness while supporting fair and direct trade.
Ginger comes from a cooperative of small farmers in Nicaragua. This collective provides farmers with resources, financing, and stable income through contract growing, helping communities expand and thrive.
